Just a kilometer away from the Western Express Highway, Shri Marigold CHS Limited is situated in the well developed Thakur Village in Kandivali-East, Mumbai, INDIA. This housing complex is a masterpiece creation of M/s Gundecha Builders. The Society has a total of 288 members living happily and is blessed with all the amenities within the premises, like a well-equipped Gymnasium, Sports facilities, swimming pool and a Club House, too.
           Shri Marigold CHS Limited is a unique housing complex in Valley of Flowers, Kandivali-East, Mumbai as it is technologically advanced and also putting all its effort to become an environ-friendly “Green Society”. The complex houses a Sewage Treatment Plan within its premises which recycles the waste water for re-use. The gardens of the Society are well maintained and the daily garbage disposal is made use of to prepare the compost required for the flora and fauna.
          Culturally, Shri Marigold CHS Limited is well ahead of others and celebrates major events like Republic & Independence Day, Ganapati Festival, Navaratri, Christmas, New Year Eve and Marigold Day (Jan 1st). All the members and residents of Shri Marigold CHS Limited and Valley of Flowers take active part in these celebrations despite of their age, cast and religion.
